Expert Usability ReviewsNot sure how your stacks up? Contemplating a re-design, but want to be certain that you really need to do it? Know you have problems, but aren't sure what they are? An expert usability review may be a good idea. I spend quality time with your site and evaluate the user experience against a number of factors. (This is also known as a heuristic review of the site.) The output is a written report or a presentation of my findings and high-level recommendations, such as the examples below.
