I am currently the Director of User Experience at Walgreens E-Commerce in Chicago. That means I'm responsible for the customer experience at the company’s websites, as well as in-store interfaces and mobile applications.

Medical Illustration

Back before we ever heard of the Web, I was trained as a medical illustrator. I don't do any medical illustration work these days, but here are some illustration samples to show that my master's degree amounted to something.
